If there is a manufacturer defect, you have 10 days from the date of receiving for an exchange.
Food
All food products that are free from manufacturing defects, damaged packaging, and expired are ALL final sales.
Not as a reason for refund:
- Cats and dogs don't like it
- After receiving the goods, it is not ideal
- Choose the wrong style

You are responsible for returning the product to us at your own cost and risk. Ship the product to the address we provide. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during the return process. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
